Payments and cancellations

• Book today with only a 30% deposit, pay the remaining balance to the captain the day of the trip!
• The deposit of 30% is a NON-REFUNDABLE deposit when the Captain confirms your trip.
• The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter captain on or prior to your trip date.
• The captain and crew work hard to make your charter a memorable one. Tips are discretionary; however, it is customary to tip the captain/crew 20% for great service! 

Cancelation Policy

• Customers will receive a full refund or credit minus the deposit with more than 14 days of notice of cancellation.
• Customers will receive 50% of trip cost minus the deposit for trips canceled less than 14 days of notice of cancellation.
• Customers will receive no refund for trips canceled less than 48 hours of notice of cancellation.
• Customers will also receive a full future credit in case of Captain cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
• Cancellations must be submitted via email @ reelbigebitecharters@gmail.com
• Arriving more than 30 mins late and or No-shows will be charged the full price. And the trip will be cancelled without any refunds
